I have decided to start a new blog about my weight loss journey, if you will. Its my Julie and Julia of my life change. This is really just a way for me to express some of my feelings about losing weight, the process, etc, but would be more than happy if you want to come along the journey with me. I decided to leave this blog for info about my family.
